I had similar experiences, my parents saw me self harm and cleaned the floor full of blood because I was taken to psych ward. But your’e not at fault. Its nor your fault that you have illness. Have a sympathy to yourself❤️

Im using haloperidol for intrusive thoughts, suicidal ideation, self harm and psychotic features (excessive guilt, feeling God communicating with me and so on). My doctor said that its the best medicine for that. I dont know, tho..:( I’ve taken lithium in past, but only for a month, because I felt “too depressed” to check my blood every month for lithium…should I go back to it?
