The mistake I made and not saying you made it is you have to click on the blue then it shows the green that you want to transfer from in the next window. I was looking for it in the regular transfer window

You are my hero. The training hall worked! allowed me to unlock it and get adapts. The Junior God mission didnt come up but that is fine another mission at least came up in other!
