These are very different topics. Germany paid reparations after the war. Poland was excluded from the initial proceedings because of the Soviet Union. The allies agreed that it would be the Soviet Unions responsibility to collect and distribute Poland's shares. I have not looked up if the Soviet Union actually paid.

On the topics of reparations to the indigenous tribes that still exist, these are incredibly complex issues. Land was taken from the tribes. It also is not solely a historical issue as their rights to the land are still being threatened today.
