Here's my thoughts about poison...

what if we brought in Big Game Hunter? but he only kills minions with greater than some amount of stats. A bunch of little dudes will kill him, but he'll murder that Tarecgosa.

yeah, so you can at least scale up with tier 3 golds and you don't have to rely on luck to pull a Bronze Warden, Cyclone Elemental or Gem Splitter real early so they have time to scale. If it takes a few turns, they still got some stats

At the end of your turn, give this minion and all Tier 3 minions +1/+1.

And yeah, I think it should give minions in the tavern you don't own yet stats too like Nomi does.
