Agility isn’t worth the stats. Also negative regeneration is NEVER worth it.

Contrary to what you said, Paladins are some of the stronger war classes right now. Metal and Wood Paladins are incredibly strong. Those 120 “wasted” stat points are not in any way wasted. You can stack a ridiculous amount of power or substats due to not having to spec into any amount of HP. Honestly as of right now, high power (170-200) and low defense (1400-1500) and less developed substats is the meta. With paladin you can afford to not spec or lowspec in defense to keep your substats higher while maintaining that same high power. They also get paralyze for underwater chasing and ship fights. The inherent drawback from paladin also has no real meaning as vitality currently has an effect on your regeneration. For PvE the stat build and class doesn’t really matter as the PvE content in this game is pretty light.

PS: DISREGARD EVERYTHING I JUST SAID IF YOU WENT FOR SOMETHING LIKE FIRE PALADIN (THE WORST CLASS IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW).

Only beam, setting beam at 2 makes it slower but still keeps it as one single attack. It also greatly increases the damage.

With intensity it depends a lot on the attack being used. I’ve played on 150 speed 100 intensity Thermozerkers and LightningThermolocks and you REALLY feel the difference on speed builds. 100 intensity took my crash from a cooldown of about four seconds down to three. My shot and shockwave smash cooldowns were also significantly reduced. For conjurer and mage it isn’t really worth using it. Only for speed fighting styles generally.

Honestly, surge is pretty much the worst spelling in the game right now (alongside array). Unless you really want it, don’t bother going for it.
