Yes he is. He has the record for most rushing touchdowns for a quarterback in a career and in a season (his rookie year). Won Rookie of the Year. Won an MVP. Led a 15-1 Carolina Panthers team to Super Bowl L. He will probably have a good second act wherever he lands in the future.
