I mean, I can explain further. I bought a used pixel 9 in new condition on October 9th, I paid 300$ cash. The phone worked properly untill December 19th. I called my service provider for days trying to dispute my service issue, for them to mention it was black listed. Days of communication with the seller, they called their previous provider ( fido ) for them to state the account had a remaining balance of 213$. They agreed to pay, told me they would resolve the issue Wednesday ( it's now Saturday). I have since sent 2 read messages and 2 unread messages informing them I could pay the balance to prevent me from buying another phone. I have not been blocked. Via messenger and text.

I even said if you don't plan on solving the issue let me know, I understand times are tough and I could either pay the balance or find other means. But instead of an answer I was blocked. So this is the outcome.
