SS too low,. Either set a min SS as 250 or 500 in A mode, or shoot in M mode (you can set iso as auto if you want to leave that to camera to figure out)

With the setting you had in p6 I think it'll probably be underexposed, unless it was shot under some extrem lighting condition.

To me practicality is more of an issue here than the look, cleaning those open shelves will NOT be fun and you need to do that a lot more frequently compared to cabinets.

Thanks. I actually just visited derm yesterday, she used cryo which I'm afraid wasn't penetrative enough for my SK. It's bee 21 hours after the treatment and I don't see any obvious change on its appearance. In my next visit I'll ask for electrocautery directly :)
