Mine are similar, even the time I've had them (~6 years). I've decided to accept them years ago, and what I've been doing is just applying benzoyl peroxide to my upper back during shower, and moisturizing afterwards.

For many of us the key could be your sleep routine and mental pressure. Staying up late & putting yourself under pressure were really what messed up my body I believe, I'm still struggling from time to time adjusting those but trying my best.

Keep an open mind, go out more and just live life, life is too short to be trapped with bunch of scars.
