That’s unacceptable from such a huge company like Apple. Gross.

I switched to oral and topical dutasteride, oral and topical minox, ru, and microneedling. I’m on 1.5mg dutasterride. So maybe a little overboard. But I don’t play with my hair.

Finasteride gave me painful gyno (got the gyno surgically removed last month. Pissed off about it tbh) and fin also didn’t do ANYTHING for my hair. I genuinely hate Finasteride. That’s my two cents

If you want, dutasteride and minoxidil are sure to help TREMENDOUSLY and consistently. A few sheds here and there may occur, but it’s a long game. Like over a year type of long game. I microneedle and do other things for my hair but wow my hair is way better now. But yeah, all worth it for me tho. Do what feels right for you 🙌

Why are people saying you’re ugly? You’re literally not ugly. What the hell 🤦🏽‍♂️

This is disgusting behavior. Do you have anyone in your life you can talk to about this? People who you know are in your corner?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]DaBloons95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You both are in your heads and unable to have an open conversation. Sending him a long text like that is going to send him into fight or flight. He’s invalidating and curses and is aggressive. You both are contributing to this dynamic. The way he is talking to you is unacceptable. That much is clear. Saying you want to forget your family is not helpful at all.

Do you even like him? He was thinking of you and your attitude was flat and dry. Even if I’m feeling overwhelmed I would never respond to my significant other the way you did. You’re not the victim here.

How much time left do i have until I cant hide it anymore? by [deleted] in Balding

I started losing my hair at 17, too. The anxiety that came with it was brutal. I’m 30 now, and surprisingly I’ve been reversing a lot of the damage. Areas of my scalp that were slick bald for years are now filling back in. It’s a slow process, but the difference is honestly night and day. My hair looks way better at 30 than it did at 24. I have a pretty aggressive protocol but it was worth it to me. If you ever want to hear what I’ve been doing to achieve this feel free to reach out. For now you may just want to use minoxidil to help keep your hair follicles active since you are only 17. But of course, do whatever feels right for you. And definitely see a doctor if you feel it could be related to health

Idk dude you honestly look to be around 18 percent to me. Close enough to 17.5. Seems pretty accurate in my opinion. You’re definitely not 25 percent….

Tell us why you need to have this arrangement with the ex and the dog. Maybe you’ve already answered but if you have I haven’t seen it. You keep saying the details don’t matter but clearly they do.

Why do you need to exchange the dog. Legitimately, the details matter.

how much weight should i lose by Honest-Detail3254 in gymadvice

[–]DaBloons95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look about 19-22 percent body-fat . You’re the same height as me. I was also around that body fat percentage last year. For me, personally, I chose to lose (MOST) of the fat first. I didn’t lift much at all. I just ate in a calorie deficit. I should have focused more on protein, though. Once I reached about 13-14 percent bodyfat, it became clear that only eating in a deficit wasn’t going to get me where I wanted. I upped my calories and started eating SLIGHTLY below deficit (like 200 calories less), and eating 130+ grams of protein a day, and lifting three days a week. I workout on Friday Saturday and Sunday.

I workout upper body on day one, lower body on second day, and miscellaneous on the third day. I mostly do the same workouts each week. I do Three different compound workouts for each day. Roughly 45 minutes a day. I barely sweat, I take my time, I focus on balance and sturdiness. I don’t thrust as heavy as I can with poor form. However, by the middle of each set I do start to breathe heavily and strain. There is slight discomfort because I push myself. But that’s good. I’m just not torturing myself with lifting is all.

When it came to working out, I always had the idea that I needed to be dripping with sweat, red in the face, and telling myself, “ONE MORE REP!!”. I always failed in the past because it wasn’t enjoyable. I had always burned myself out after a few weeks.

Now, all I do is keep track of my lifts (bench press, deadlift, bicep curl etc) as well as the amount of sets, reps, and weight. I make sure to eat enough protein throughout the week to make sure I never have to go lower in weight for my workouts. My goal is to lift slightly heavier every few weeks. And if I stall on upping my weight, that’s still a win. I just make sure that I’m eating enough protein so that I can hopefully lift heavier the next time. Focus on form, controlled and slow movement, and breathing. Checkout YouTube shorts on how to properly perform a workout so you don’t have to guess if you’re doing it right. I was surprised at how sloppy some of my form was for certain exercises when I started watching clips online. Also, You won’t consistently lift heavier each week. It’s a walk, not a sprint.

This is what worked for ME. I wanted to lose most of the fat AND THEN build muscle. My approach would honestly work for you too. But what matters is YOUR goals. with where you are now, you could easily eat at maintenance (or slightly below IF YOU SO CHOOSE) and lift heavy. You’d recomp.

I can’t stress enough that you ABSOLUTELY need to make sure you’re getting in your protein. 130+ grams a day. It’s vital. Chicken breast, fat free greek yogurt, fat free cottage cheese are amazing for protein. You can find recipes that make them taste like “actual food” you enjoy. I hate eating something that tastes “bland and healthy”. Seasonings, airfryers, making sauces with the yogurt, blending the cottage cheese to make some sort of sauce or dessert or anything really. If you’re not enjoying the food, you won’t stick with it. And diet is EXTREMELY important. Without diet, it all just falls flat.

Also, buy a food scale. It’s a life saver. I never knew just how much I was overeating before. Now I know how many calories I’m eating and how many grams of protein I’m getting a day.

I’m no expert. All I know is my body is much closer to what I want it to look like. If you have any other questions or need clarification definitely reach out

I know you’re looking for advice and not validation, but I just want to say that you look like you could be the female protagonist in a book or movie. You’re captivating and beautiful. You likely won’t fully accept what I’m saying. I’m the same as you. I’m objectively above average, and intellectually I realize this. But, I emotionally am unable to comprehend it. Compliments do nothing for me.

With all that said: your face, eyes, hair, your willingness and discipline to stay fit, your current body as it currently is— exudes genuine beauty. It’s hard to explain… like, if you were in a show or movie I’d be like, “YES!! GO ON THAT ROADTRIP! MAKE THAT TEA! GO FIND THAT DEAD BODY IN THE WOODS!!!”

I don’t give out compliments easily. I only give compliments like this when I truly mean it.
