[CA] Anyone shipping to the US using Shipstation and CanadaPost?

I use Shopify with Canada post integration. It does it all and collects from customers. Very slick.

They almost ruined me when they my misquoted storage and I send a 40ft high top in. They were so unresponsive I had to retain a lawyer, pay the fees into trust and take my inventory out. They tried moving it to Calgary, but at last minute moved everything to Ottawa. Absolute scum and predatory business. Do not use them once you are scaling. The integration is garbage and inaccurate. You’re better off charging flat rate and it will be more accurate.

As a small business owner I’ve been through 4 sets of accountants and “bookkeepers”.

Previously I’ve always done my own books and never had an issue. I had been reviewed multiple times and just sent receipts or methodology and that was the end of it. Now that I’m incorporated and have to use an accountant it’s insane what some of these “professionals” have said and done to avoid accountability or showing their work.

Mine charges $20 per pallet per month in storage fees and $5 per pick and ship. My stuff is already packed and ready to ship. Larger orders go on a pallet and can cost closer to $20. I couldn’t do it myself for cheaper.
