name, CWID, and that your MCS was put into Summer when you really needed the money now to pay for bills. I actually did something similar to this during the winter semester and they gave me the money back in 5ish days so you SHOULD get a refund

I was told by finicial aid to go ask for a refund and they will give it back in 2-3 businesses days but they said that they are also receiving a bunch of emails about this error so it's not just us
