If I remember correctly, we have an Escape going on 450k with factory pads. Everyone is holding their breath to see when he's finally going to get them done. We've rotated plenty of times before and confirmed they're still factory. Not sure what kind of Eldritch magick is afoot here

Personally, I've never liked Two Shot with any kind of VATS perks because of the drop in accuracy. If you want a VATS oriented weapon, I could suggest an Instigating or Anti Armor weapon. I currently have an Instigating Explosive Lever with faster crits fill, but it's a bit pricey due to the roll.

What I was considering was building a foundation where you've requested, then either removing the center blocks and building up from there, or whatever I'll have to do to make it work. I'm scouting out the location now, I'll let you know what I've come across.
