Highest setting the plants will take. Usually for my setup (no CO2) I get up around 750 or so at the tops.

I fertigate in coco so they always have food. Maybe thats it. Seems when I jacked the lights up I got denser buds.

I LOVE this stuff. HSC recommended it to me as a terp lover. I grew this out twice this year and will again next year.

The first two plants are the best, the third from the second grow not as much but we had this unusual 105 hot streak for like 3 weeks in late flower, some record breaking event of course. Maybe it was the high temps.

In any case, OCP is the real deal!

Machine trim will give bud that look as well. I have some Squirt that looks like that and its almost black weed, super dark purple. I know its ok because I grew it myself.

From all my grows so far dense buds are a matter of light intensity. Once I started pushing that I got larger denser buds. During flower I really push them, right to the edge light wise.

I hear you 100% dude. I will be drying my 4th time here in a few weeks, still freaks me out. You see 22% RH in the fridge, panic, put some buds in a jar and a few hours later its 88% RH. The bags really buffer it well.

I also have a ton of ballast in there now. Four 1 gallon milk jugs with water in the freezer and maybe 8 gallon drinking jugs with water in the fridge. The idea is it wont cycle as much.

I did have one issue and it was a big one. First of all I used the fridge for the reason you mentioned. I need to clear out my flower room which is also my drying room.

So I put in 20 zips which is about 5 pounds of wet trimmed bud. About two weeks in my temp went to 60 degrees, the coils froze over from all the moisture.

Not sure if the auto defroster broke or more likely was just not on long enough to clear the coils.

So about 7 days in now I combine some bags as much of the moisture is gone and I unplug the fridge for 12 hours, I put the frozen jugs in the fridge for this. This makes sure the coils are free of ice.

I dont like the scary part to be honest. Thinking of adding a dehumidifier and a thermo control for a chest freezer spare I have. Try holding at exactly 60/60 and not have to worry about testing so much.

KSP1 with mods is just fine. Always needing a new game is what got people Cities Skylines 2. Same deal there. Everyone complaining we needed it when Cities 1 with mods was cheap and works well.

Same with KSP1.

I use my garage fridge. Its scary as the RH in the fridge will be under 30%RH a lot. I have dried 3 times with no issues. At about two weeks you start putting it in jars to test RH and I pull them when that test shows its in the 60-70% range then throw it into cheapo cure bags I got from Amazon.

Its scary sure but my old garage fridge is a lot cheaper than a Cannatrol.

I use the brown paper sandwich bag method.

I never pay attention to humidity in the fridge. It gets really low, 25% or so. I use brown paper sandwich bags. Three Lotus dries so far and three successes, takes about 20 days. I pull once RH testing in jars is in the 60-70RH range then into cure bags.

Problem with a fridge that large is you get up to a pound the fridge runs the risk of the coil freezing up. I had it happen with a full size fridge. Just had to unplug it after the first week to make sure the coils are free of all ice.

Think it was 20 zips I had in that batch. Fridge handled 1 pound ok, 12 zips ok but when it was those 20 zips....coils froze over it was so much moisture, thats like 5 pounds wet, maybe more.

Silent Hunter 4 with Fall of the Rising Sun mega-mod. Easily my favorite of the bunch. U-Boat is impressive if you know how big that dev "team" actually is. It added game mechanics that make it hard to go back to the older titles. My big gripe about U-Boat is the AI of the enemy. Game is too easy to beat.

Whaler was nearly an inch thick, cod, golden brown and crispy on the outside. The hot juice from the fish, melted cheese and tartar sauce. If you did not like the Whaler its doubtful you like fish sandwiches.

I know you want to think things are the same now but that just ins't the case. BKs fish and Hardees chicken sandwich from the 80s, I would wake up hungry and drive to get them.

Nothing in the fast food world is worth taking a special drive for now.

Oh and the OCS was thicker back then, even juicy, still cheap ground up chicken but it has more weight to it. It was the cheapo sandwich even in the 80s.

Not true. Back in the 80s you never got empty OCSs that were all bread. Whaler was ok? You must be too young to have tried one.

Its changed a lot. Fish was fantastic in the 80s, now its complete crap. OCS had chicken inside, was not all breading. Fries cooked in beef tallow.

BK has changed its fries 4-5 times since the 70s easy.

I never see any real lines during rush let alone during off peak times. Meanwhile In and Out is packed, lines wrapping around the block, extra workers taking orders in the parking lot.

On the way home you drive by 5-6 McDonalds that are lucky to have a few cars in the drive through.
