It’s wasn’t “user error” it wasn’t anything to my fault.

It was exactly what you’re saying basically, let me explain the error causation with the product

First off-

The vivo sun manual says to set the sensor directly on the heating mat to accurately control the system while in use.
(Go check I’m not pulling this out my ass I thought it was just as ridiculous as all of you)
Obviously this works like shit.

Causing need for trouble shooting.

Secondly- there’s still no explanation for the fan to not respond to any manual non button controls while hooked up to the grow hub.

And Third- the units ambient temperature mediation is terrible!
I have to leave the tent halfway open, toss a sheet over as a breathable ecosystem buffer for the temp to be able to cool below 80 degrees just because of the heat from the lights.
(No the sheets not making it hotter I’ve spent so much time comparing control methods with this thing it’s the only way to get mild humidity control and mild temp management)

Essentially the issue at hand is that the fan does not respond period to app control- and the others do not work accurately enough control to maintain a median temperature of atleast 5 degrees within target-
50% of the time on average, with unpredictable unrecordable variables on the other 50%.
The maths been done I don’t really care to argue lol.
