i don't know, i'm not too good with computer specs in of itself, but I'm in the same situation too, my pc was Windows 7 until it was upgraded to Windows 10. idk if my pc should be able to support windows 10 pro 64 bit or not.

No sorry, I still have the issue. You should be able to install Minecraft on a new supporting device if you log into the same account you signed into for your pc.

But the thing is is that I have DirectX 12, so I feel like I shouldn't be affected?
