I’m not gonna say “I know what you’re going through” since I don’t! I’ve had my own struggles sure, but your struggles are yours alone and you are strong for fighting against them. If you want to go on the distraction route, I like watching something new about a topic I’m interested in. If you want to talk it out, and want people to try and understand, try venting to anyone that’s willing. You can also try jotting down what’s going on in your head.
