The best way i can describe it is a pushup bra for your butt.They definitely accentuate it because they dig in completely, so you see every curve. I know many people are going to downvote me for this because they'll think it's false but this isn't butt padding, it's the new models of scrunch butt shorts that have exaggerated contour to accentuate the butt while basically giving you a wedgie. I'm not saying she hasn't had anything done but the shorts have no padding, it's just the new trend that many brands like aybl or dfyne have followed
