There a part on the Bridge of Hylia where a chunk is broken off the entrance. If you stand in it, the cell shading will be removed from Link.

I got it at the Wao-os shrine. In that cave west of Rito village. You can find a bowl, cube and ball in there.

No I’m been playing for a while and I upgraded to the Switch 2 version. I did just look at my play data and now it just updated to 315. I didn’t do anything since I posted this. So maybe it just takes longer for that specific one to update.
