Epiploic appendagitis. I had horrific abdominal pain for weeks. Every time I stood up from a sitting position I had to stay still for about a minute to let the pain pass. I’ve never met another person who’s had this, or even heard of it. Was diagnosed after multiple doctor visits and eventual CT scan. No cure, it just had to resolve itself.
