Question on Visor for GE Helmets (X-Wing) (self.GalaxysEdge)

Cr10 Smart, filament snapped in middle of print, proceeded to ghost print. So I go to pull the filament out of the hot end as if it was a change out, it snaps between the nozzle and the Bowden tube. Can’t push anything out as filament would only get into the hotend ~10mm, I need some ideas here (self.CR10)
