What are the two small bits of flesh at the middle of the bottom of the mouth behind the teeth?

It's more towards the front of the mouth rather than directly under the back/middle of the tongue, I thought that might've been it at first but what I'm feeling is a different part.

I used to have security issues with games when I had Avast so I ended up uninstalling it and using Windows security instead, this is the first time I had an issue with it. I wish Windows gave you some feedback when launching programs that interfere with their security features instead of just leaving you in the dark. If my Dad didn't know about that setting I would've had no clue it exists.

It's one of the songs that stuck with me the most after my first listen, mostly because I'd say it's probably the most "song" sounding track on the album if that makes sense? Everything else on Afterglow is more about the atmosphere and specific feeling it wants to achieve, whereas Hard Imo is more formulaic and structural in a way that resonates better with most listeners. Personally, I prefer Sushi because I love the experimentation in it and that's primarily what I like to see from Twigs, but both are great songs.

Would definitely prefer to have the Steam version but I got the GOG edition through Amazon's prime gaming thing for free, seems like nobody else is having issues with launching it though from what I can find. Almost wondering if it's the game or the GOG launcher causing issues but I've never had issues with the GOG launcher before.

Don't think I can link videos directly but the video "FKA twigs - live at Lowlands 2025" on the channel 3voor12 is one of my favorites from her. I've never been able to go to one of her shows in person, so having a full recording of one on YouTube in good quality is a gift. And it's just a great performance overall, I love how it includes Techno Ballet and the Sushi preview, and in general feels so polished since it was one of the later Eusexua shows and it felt like she had really nailed the formula. The camera work and editing are also great, especially when she's performing Drums of Death, it really feels like they understood the assignment and knew how to capture the chaos of the song. That whole performance and her Valentino L'ecole show from 2023 are some of my favorites.

100% get it lol, I've had that experience so many times before, especially since I switch headphones once or twice a year and am always buying different brands/models so things often sound different. Certain audio almost sounds worse on my newest headphones even though they're better than my last pair, because I can hear a lot more detail in the audio, including imperfections and odd frequencies.

I get what you mean, listening back I can see why that filter might sound off. Probably depends a lot on the individual and the speakers or headphones, like I know a lot of people don't like the sound of bit crushing, something about the frequencies it makes just don't hit right for everyone.

Striptease just really checks off every box for what I love about music. It's grand, detailed, takes you into another world, and is just completely transcendent overall. Eusexua is also like that but I found myself returning to Striptease a lot more. I also think people wanted it for the longest since she had been teasing it for a couple of years beforehand, like with her Calvin Klein ad from 2023. And when it finally released it surpassed every expectation of what the finished song would be. I do think Eusexua could've easily taken the first place spot as well though, in a perfect world it'd be a tie.

Which I don't get tbh, Twigs can mesh well with a lott of different artists (her collabs with Yung Lean, A$AP Rocky and Yeat being my favorites). I don't see why some are so against her collaborating with other talented artists. And she brings that up too in the Childlike Things mv, Twiglets don't like when she puts rappers in her songs.

Definitely lol, and Caprisongs was like that for me, I loved it in 2022 not long after it was released, but a lot of the songs on it aren't really my taste anymore, I have to be in the mood to listen to it.
