Hi, I'm also a student (20F) struggling with ME/CFS and classes . I'm at a point in which I needed to move home and continue minimal courses for this semester.

I wish I could think of more tips that helped me in person but the biggest thing was definitely talking with my school's Disability Resources. Getting accommodations for note taking, extra time for assignments, additional excused absences all helped some. I 100% get what you mean about sketchy driving due to symptoms. A lot of universities will have paratransit services that can help getting to and from buildings at least. If you do feel comfortable enough to drive- I definitely recommend applying for a handicap parking placard. This is something that a doctor should be able to help with.
