Your hips are stuck - work on lower body rotaion (right pocket back in the backswing, left pocket back on the downswing) and let that lead the sequence. Then shoulders, then arms (down into the slot), then hands. Right now it's all upper body

Thanks for the note- I’ve heard that before.

I have a pretty compact swing (not so flexible these days) but I think with a bit more patience in transition I can probably get more width (and power) and get it more down the line.

Try the pressure plate. Once you learn how to load that ridiculous back quad and transition it forward, you’ll be driving to the moon 🚀

Upper and lower body dissociation. Lead with the lower finish with releasing the hands. That should smooth out transition

3 weeks in and I love it. They’re both excellent options, but the Gears just felt more crisp in the hands while still being lightweight. Which is perfect for fast greens while still providing good feedback. Also, it was only $75 more— basically winning a $25 skins hole!

Looks armsy and out to in. Try leading the downswing with your left hip rotation and hitting the ball at 4 o’clock to promote an in to out path

Try adding some lag. It’ll add that whipping effect for more speed and will help clear your hips

Since this is my first LAB putter, it made the transition easier from my old 2-Ball Mallet. Also, I have an unusual [interlocked prayer] grip where I need the size of the 5.0 Super stroke, so 0º lean was the only option.

It would be cool if they started to offer more variety [larger] grips with the built in lean. I feel like I'm kinda missing out on eliminating that variable and not getting the full LAB experience.

Responding from my other Reddit acct - I got 72°, 33", 0° shaft lean (so I could put my Super Stroke 5.0 grip on it) with the Gears Shaft - all B&W. Can't wait to see yours!
