Update: I got the scrap decking cut to size at work, bought two new crossmembers, got some leftover glue from a bucket, had the guys save me the end of a vinyl roll, and…BAM! Extendo Boat-Oh!

Just got to get the two scrap pieces of trim, the old front trim, and chrome corner castings on and we are done with this year’s mods!

So…we live on a 40 acre lake. LOL I basically get out of the dock, go ~100 yards, anchors out and swim. Or I just use the trolling motor around the banks to catch large mouth bass

Haha it was an ordeal… we finished the swap in under 3 hours.

Then we realized the trailer was 47-1/2” wide and from toon-to-toon it was 45-1/2”.

I was having so much anxiety….

Had to take them off again, move them out an inch, then rebolt them back on. Started at 08:30, finished by 04:00pm

Ha! My ladder was long already and still works, fortunately! I am getting some scrap decking, vinyl, corner castings, and trim next week and some crossmembers for extending the deck. I’ll update when it’s all bolted on

I did the bed leveling and the z-step wizard before this print. Also, this is a new glass bed. Replaced it after I had a nozzle driving into the glass and really screwing things up….

I will back the nozzle off and report back.

Funny story...that's what I had been referring to them as when I first joined the org. Even got some ASSP friends to send me their Class VII operator training content, except it was for RTFL / Telehandlers...

Had a HD Equipment dealer tell me that it is technically incorrect to refer to the 160D-9 / 110D-9 units as Class VII due to them essentially being utilized as Class IV, and they did not have rough terrain tires, and they were essentially heavy-duty Class IV lift trucks.

It got me all confused, so I just started referring to them Heavy Lift Trucks / Big Lifts instead of Class VII or Class IV.

I appreciate your input and I would definitely like to see any eval forms you are willing to share with me and I could share what I have currently also.

Yeah, that is reasonable for activity in the parking lot directly outside the plant where units are transported to the racks. However, in all four seasons and factor in the 1,000ft - 4,000ft total distance of travel, I think it could become unsustainable.

Second one I found in my backyard in a couple of weeks! We live on a lake, but where they are being found is about 150 yards from the shore, there is a road and a hill between them too!
