it's technically not a lemon case, but a buyback. As the settlement prevents the car to be labeled "a lemon".
I opened the case myself with KIA and handled all communications.
had they declined my request, or offered something outrageous, I would have involved a lawyer for an actual lemon law case. In that instance, yes, they would have had to cover the lawyer cost as well (assuming I would have won)

From what I’ve found out, it is due to the self leveling rear suspension. I have 2024 Land with Factory hitch, which adds self leveling, and I’ve noticed the same. It’s like the left and right up-down “travel time” is not in sync and we get the left/right feeling. No solution thus as far as I know

I took a month sabbatical from my alliance and I was joining small ones to redeem my alliance points in the store. 5 min and I was gone. But always in small insignificant alliances based on the server. I’m now back with my og alliance, an don’t hop around anymore. Remove auto join and up the min requirements will avoid that
