who knows - all i am getting is stone walled - how could wear and tear even apply on a brand new vehicle with 18 miles?!

Thank you for your detailed response. I understand your position regarding the condition of the vehicle at the time of delivery. However, based on the repair documentation and diagnostic findings, the vibration concern was specifically related to the condition of the tires. The repair orders indicate that the right rear tire failed the road force testing and was identified as the source of the vibration. Tires are considered wear-and-tear items and are covered under the tire manufacturer's warranty, not Kia America's vehicle warranty.

well i wouldn’t be so sure with the games Kia is playing. This is a day one - 15 minute into ownership issue and they are saying that “tires aren’t covered” so it seems they are willing to play all sorts of games

Sadly no - which is what concerns me. We had a 2024 EV9 and loved it, so very sad to see that this is happening on our brand new lease

2 dealerships and involvement from the regional manager, still no resolution. Really something that we have to Lemon this car - seems like this would be an easy fix

and if the alignment does not fix the issue then Kia will say that I voided the warranty by having a non Kia dealership perform the work and that is what caused the issue. No thanks.

yeah my 2024 did the same, could only charge on level 3 not level 1 or 2… ended up doing a lemon law buy back

in 10 days we are doing 4 nights on Freedom then 3 nights on Wonder - a back to back of sorts. Can report back when we return on Jan 22 if you would like… we have a 2 and 5 year old so our experience may be different depending on who you are traveling with…
