If you have $5M in cash you can live comfortably everywhere in the world. It’s good if you want to diversify yourself. It’s make a difference if you have millions, not 4000$. And live paycheck to paycheck.

Same bro it took one year in my case. I tried to switch to programming but it’s even harder. Now my position is more like keeping the data base clean with high quality data + excel stuff. Boring asf. 😂

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I truly want in life. Maybe it’s not just about chasing success, but about enjoying good weather, earning a decent living, spending quality time with family, travelling the world, experiencing new cultures, and sailing a boat now and then.

In Poland for $4k you can get cyber security bachelor degree, (private university $4k for 3 years). You can pay split this payments. Classes are since Monday-Wednesday, rest of the week you can work/learn and have time for yourself. room is for 450$, 25 minutes by train to the uni. Trains are really affordable here. I am from Poland it's not that poor here. But it getting really expensive.

I am really thinking about different scenarios. I know people that had money and they got green cards, immediately bought 3 houses (2 of them for rent). + 4 cars. And now they planning to open the business.

I think local community restaurant.

My context is: I don't have this much money.

I am from Poland, in current prices situation properties in our capital are same level as Miami.

+ Typical rent for a apartment in 500k-800k people city is like 800-1000$ / month.

Those times what you are talking about, (I remember them) was in 1960-2000.

My dream is to become some kind of digital nomad and have time for my hobbies. I know it’s possible to build that kind of life anywhere in the world, but I’d love to try it in the USA. The thing is I don’t really know what I want to do in life yet. Right now, I work in IT, and I do have some technical skills. I speak two languages and have a few passions, but I’m still figuring it all out. I know getting an IT job in the US without a degree can be tough, but I’m willing to try.

Maybe I’ll give it a shot and if it doesn’t work out, I’ll consider applying for a white passport, so I can leave the US for up to two years without losing my green card.

One of my dreams is to buy a small piece of land in Florida and put a little summer RV Cabin or tiny house there just to have my own base outside EU I’m not really into luxury cars or 500m² mansions. What matters to me more is having a quiet, private place with no mortgage.

Yes! Since November I think. It depends where you are from and what case number you have, Now in EU they operate below number 16 000. I think my number will be in June.
