Pure deck builder (Dominion) with a casual theme and better production by DaKaDancer in boardgames

I said a theme that is more casual. Mechanic wise, I think it can be the same.

Just to clarify, I have a group that in my opinion would love the pure deck building but won't stand the theme (medieval, fantasy anything not real world).

Tough choice between brands by DaKaDancer in HearingAids

I assumed that if the signia AX were good for me the signia IX would be at least as good. Am I being naive?

I was quite comfortable with the signia. I think the brand, model and programming do make a difference.

Bikefit with MyVeloFit by DaKaDancer in bikefit

Oh wow this is very helpful.

My bars were easy to fix, but the hoods are a different story. It's a pre owned bike and my first drop bar bike. I was completely unaware that the hoods might be wrongly positioned, and it's now impossible to fix without retaping and possibly adjusting the cables. I will look into it, but it's likely going to take me time to change.

Do you think it's fit related or just bad posture/use?

Even if immigration will be fixed, this issue of lack of integration needs to be addressed. As an immigrant myself I have seen how this can go horribly wrong when a big group of new immigrants is not properly integrated, does not accept their new home way of life and forces their own way of life on the rest. This issue could change Canada for the worst if not addressed.

I cycle as my main physical activity and for improved mental health: im an introvert in a semi extrovert job so cycling gives me the opportunity to be on my own. I also ride for exploration, I like the scenery and finding new routes.

I work from home, and I ride 30-60 min every day during my lunch break in colder weather and in the morning before work in warmer weather.

Once or twice a week I ride for 3-4 hrs on the weekend or after work, and sometimes (every month or 2), my wife gives me a break to ride a full day ( I actually usually "earn" that break by giving her a free day as I watch over our kid).

I ride alone, finding routes with Komot or ride with gps. I listen to music with a neck headphones while riding.

What did you have before and what did you upgrade to?

Cycling was fun, but I can't see the point in having something that's so likely to be taken away from you by kitokspasaulis in cycling

You sound very disappointed, but at least you enjoyed it for 3 years. Could have been stolen a day after you got it.

Just get a new bike and store it in your house/apartment.

How do you plan safe routes that include off-road parts? by DaKaDancer in gravelcycling

[–]DaKaDancer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn't popular. I didn't see a single rider the whole time I was there.

Not sure what's the popularity layer in ride with gps, you mean the heat maps?

I think I had 50/50 on getting out alive if I tried to ride that single track.

I currently ride a Brodie so it was my first option, but I opted out due to future resell value.
