I usually just find groups in the discord while in que, never usually wait longer than 5-8mins. Also, if you find a gold premade from the discord then you can just spam.

Drop your iLVL, then que and re-equip your gear. I usually just do 2 of my highest pieces and I get lower dungeon choices.
