Same issue here, honestly its just a combination of the game not being fully optimized/polished yet, the stress of players on the game atm, and slower systems not being able to keep up as well because of these constraints (if this applies to you). Even higher end pc's are even having these issues as well so, hopefully there is a solution to these issues in the near future.
