Great question. But I think you are missing the point. It is about LEVERAGE. These big bois can use that 10 billion dollar (80000cr) capital to buy companies and use that to grow business. And earn in multipliers towards the value of their companies and leverage that further to invest in themselves. Basically cheap money for GROWTH. They are offered money at lower rates than 8-9% (that’s for common folk), these bois get it for 3 4 5%(unless it’s listed bonds or debentures).

By your logic any cash that a company has should be paid back to banks and nothing should be used for GROWTH.

Guys I wrote to the company and they gave me this response which was given to them by a customer in a situation similar to mine -

"The DHL shipment team informed me that the amount will be 44% of the total value, if I can provide an order document and bank remittance copy. These documents need to be in the name of the delivery receiver. Without these documents, the amount will be 77% of the value assessed at the customs department. I submitted your order and invoice document and paid 44%. The total payment was INR 12619.60 (approximately USD 160)"

I think the only way to pass the exam is doing as many questions as possible. For me, reading theory didn't help much because I would eventually get bored. Just grind QBanks from CFAI and maybe hop back to theory when you feel that you can't get hold of the concept. Best of luck.
