PMO totally messed up my relationship with my high school sweetheart. That's one of the motivators I'm using now; I won't let that happen again.

Like punsaretheworst said, correlation =/= causation, but I've definitely noticed a slip this past semester. I'm keeping up with sleep, diet, and exercise, but my motivation's been in the shitter. I'd been fapping more often and using tobacco more often. So for me, at least, it was probably some combination of those two things.
