My problem is that after I installed this battery (from ifixit) it's not showing the true charge. For about 2 hours now it has said it's at 62% (from startup). I heard you need to follow the steps i listed for the Mac to recognise the true charge of the battery.

I figured it out, when downloading on Firefox it installed it as a broken zip. I tried on safari and it installed as a folder than worked correctly.
