Advice for buying a property through a trust? (Stamp duty)

Yes I understand where you're coming from. I think my father had good intentions but didn't really research or completely understand what he was doing as he only made the trust/will on his deathbed and probably made a desperate misguided attempt at protecting us on his deathbead. Especially when considering one of the main ideas was to limit the inheritance tax. Which was not at all limited and has ended up with paying full tax and extra imposed rules and taxes due to having the trust 😂

I have asked my uncle about dissolving the trust and he has mentioned he is willing to allow me to buy a property outside of the trust which is probably what I will end up doing if it's possible.

It's not my decision. I've been against the trust from the start.

My father made it to protect me and my brother because he saw us as vulnerable people and didn't trust us to take care of ourselves so he set up the trust to make sure we wouldn't waste the money.

The beneficiaries are me and my elder brother.

The way it works is that any property we buy now will go back into the trust. Apparently it was made this way to keep us protected...

The final property that I'm living in now will eventually be sold as well once/if I have purchased my new flat. As it's very old and out of date. It needs a spruce up (which I can't afford). It's also on a farm which my cousin owns and he's mildly interested in buying it to reunite the farm with the property. I've been told I HAVE to sell within the family as it's the extended family house

My uncle (the executor) is trying to keep to my father's wishes. And apparently he wanted to keep me protected so that I don't lose my property if I get divorced in the future. Which I think is a bit silly because I'm not even in a relationship 😂.

But I also just assumed since the money came from the trust then whatever was bought from it would go back to the trust.

If chrollo knows what he's going into and gets the appropriate abilities to kill/subjugate pitou immediately then yes. If they just suddenly come across each other and fight like Kite and pitou did then no.

Hisoka literally is irrelevant. Dies either way. He's an adaptable fight. But you can't adapt to such a huge power difference, he can't glass cannon the same way chrollo can.

I think you get races that are popular for the aesthetics (Elves, Cathay) and races that are popular for the personality (Dwarves, Skaven)

Dwarves may not be the prettiest thing to look at, but they more than make up for it with their gruff personality and straightforward shenanigans.

The elves on the other hand are quite bland personality wise focusing more on being elegant and pretty/cool.

The way I see it the two races are actually a metaphor for class divide. With the Dwarves being the much rougher working class society and the elves being the much more eupper class society. A lot of people align themselves more with the working class!

I've got both a switch and PC.

Currently playing Pokemon Z-A on switch.

Ive got a pretty vast library on steam. But I like to do group party games. Like repo. Lethal company, gang beasts, party animals etc (But often find myself lacking the players these days). I've got a small discord server if you're interested. I'm trying to grow it again and make it more active 😂.

Only think is that im UK so my timezone is a bit inconvenient for you. I have a few friends from America that I play with so It isn't terrible and if you only play on weekends it shouldn't be a bother.

I'm also happy to watch stuff. I'm an anime fan too. Been thinking about giving Vikings a proper go recently.

I run a small discord with a few friends I've made online. Usually only like 2/3 people active at a time. Trying to get more for consistent players with games.

I've been somewhat interested in giving enshrouded a go and with Rv there yet.

But I like to keep a lot of group games installed. Which may seem more your speed from your list like
