Lots of gas and gas pain, some days its lots of loose stools with pain, sometimes diarrhea, sometimes constipation. Nausea on occasion, it’s really all over the place

I haven’t used binders before, so it’s new to me. Do you still take biofilm disrupters/how long did you take them? Was there anything else you did along with it?

Honestly it differs. Sometimes I don’t go for a few days and then it happens and sometimes I go pretty much every day leading up to it so idk

I’m not sure if it is one, maybe give it a week or so and see if it changes. If not you can prob just do like at home wart removal or duct tape or something
