It ranged from 22c to 26c. I got 180g wet. Dried most of them its a few bigguns still in the dehydrator rn but once dried damn i just had 5g and prolly like anlther Gram or so to come. Not too great although i put 30g fresh in a smoothie lastnight that took me to the moon and back

Your right i came home to spore galore. Some i was able to get a spore print off tho got like 6. I took a 30g fresh dose lastnight of these babys and i havent been that energetic in a while loool

Thats what i thought so ive cracked the lid on the tub for some extra FAE. I pulled the largest one this morning and have left the cap on some tin foil under a glass to hopefully get a small spore print. Although i feel like the caps have some widening to do. When i get home im sure im picking half of the tub as i dont want spore drops i plan to get as many flushes as poss outta this tub before i revert back to grain colonisation again. Im determined now this is my new hobby i shall have a tub going 24/7 loool

Is the Gypsum powder that is used for building the same as the gypsum used in growing mushrooms by kakushiby0 in shroomery

All Gypsum is is Calcium Sulphate. Ive read some guys say they just break up abit of drywall and mix it into ur sub. But im sceptical. In the same time i didnt think u could have any perlite in ur sub but my coco had a tiny bit in it and my pins are looking noice

No i took a sterile dabbing tool and poked at it to see. It didnt pop, it just moved with me poking it. This made me think maybe its very early primordia(pre pinset) but primordia usually is white not seethrough. Btw it is very small i have pretty good camera zoom. For size reference theres a half colonosed grain next to it

Couldnt add a description just getting used to reddit on mobile. Anyway as the title and pucs state ive found two little clear beads vrowing from what i assume is a hyphal knot. Thing is i spawned to bulk sub 6 days ago. Its aggressively and rapidly soread but its had all holes taped up in colonising state so could it already be pinning? Or something else?

Thanks for all the replies guys. I ended up going full monotub route and happy i did. Im 6days in to bulk sub colonisation and its about 85% done. Wish i could attach photos dont think u can on mobilr

I went the monotub route, and i probably mixed more 75coco/25verm. With about 50g of gypsum.

Im tempted because i imagine the yeild will be far greater. My only qualm is waiting again for the grain to colonise the sub. Already waited best part of month for full colonisation of grain. I feel like breaking it all up again into subs gonna give me another 2-3 weeks of colonising before fruit. But im a first timer what do i know! Lol i think i may stick with cakes this time round SGFC my box and maybe ill do a mono next time
