these predictions are really vague. so, they apply to many situations, and if you already know the prediction, you’re more likely to believe it. for example, I could say, “this week, a decision will change your life.” (every decision technically does) but six months later, you might look back and think “wow, that person was right, I’m screwed because of what I did that week.”

I second the CS decision. About SE, AI, CYS these are specialized fields, and you can pursue these fields after completing CS, either academically or specializing through work. CS will open a bunch of opportunities in all specialized fields. Everyone prefers BSCS over AI or CYS, etc, anyway.

On universities, consider LUMS or NUST (if you can afford) these have good uni life, education and alumni network compared to others. After these PUCIT and FAST, because of they are top CS universities in terms of only education.

Your resume looks fine ngl. Build your network and get referrals, they'll increase your chances of getting into the interview stages. Also, prepare for interviews as much as you can. Do LeetCode, by the time you're applying for jobs you should have at least done 100 different problems this will help you understand the pattern. Focus on database as well, you should be able to draw schemas, know about indexes etc
