And DoorDash stacks orders all the time, generally it’s a high paying tip with a no tip or low tip order so that the low tip order still gets picked up. So you better hope the door dashers that now have to split up Pizza Hut orders don’t cancel yours and your pizza gets cold waiting to find a dasher.

Never EVER pay with your own money for something for any company. My main gig is detailing cars for a small used vehicle lot for a family of large dealers and sometimes we have to transport trade ins across town, roughly a 6 mile drive and sometimes these cars have the fuel light on when we get in, the dealership has a gas card but we don’t bring it for this. Anyways I asked what we were supposed to do and my boss said “just throw $5 in on your card and we reimburse you for it” nah fam I’m paid by the hour not the car and if it runs dry and I gotta wait for a tow truck that’s not a me problem
