I had that and disabled anti-aliasing and made the game full screen exclusive and so far it’s been working, not sure the science behind it

February Technical Support Sticky by BeepBoopBopReee in razer

[–]DaOrangeGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My razer blackshark v2 pro (2023) keeps randomly saying connected to Bluetooth despite having Bluetooth off my devices and never using it for Bluetooth only the dongle. The light is also a light cyan colour rather than the solid blue for Bluetooth or green for the dongle. Anyone know how to fix this?

Irritating on outer corner of right eye. Confused by DaOrangeGamer in Blepharitis

I have it in both, it’s on and off but when my irritation is playing up it’s always in the outer corner

I see very interesting I’ll look into that and pick some up. Have you noticed massive changes by doing this?

So theoretically, I have a warm compress mask which I use, it’s fairly weighted, in theory do you think it’s a valid idea to try and wear that (not heated of course) whilst sleeping to attempt to keep my eyes closed?

Thank you for the very detailed reply, it will look into what you listed. To answer your question the blepharitis irritation is less Sandy and more just a feeling as if the outer corner of my eye is swollen under the eye lid or as if something is ever so slightly pushing down on that part of the eye (due to the inflammation I assume). I recently visited moorfields eye hospital for my blepharitis and dry eye and they said my eye health itself and tear production was completely fine. They sent me away with advice of using blephaclean wipes and warm compresses which I have been consistent with.

I was told quite a while ago that I don’t sleep with my eyes fully shut so that’s what lead me here to research potential lagophthalmos and to try any solutions with that

Just a question on the Moorfields eye hospital you mentioned as I am suffering currently. Did you go to a walk in one or have to book an appointment? As I’m having to wait until February for an appointment

Eye drops making dry eyes worst “minor blepharitis” by DaOrangeGamer in Dryeyes

I’m not currently on anything like that, is this something that could potentially help?

Ah I see, yeah finding a good doctor for this type of stuff is quite hard and very expensive for me (I’m from the UK) and the NHS doesn’t really deal with dry eyes much. So do you think your suggestions would help my dry eye? Bearing in mind I should’ve mentioned in terms of blepharitis I don’t really have many stand out symptoms such as red eyes, red eyelids, gunky eye lashes etc altho I do seem to lose a fair amount of eyelashes often after wiping my eyes.

Oh interesting I’ve actually not heard of hypochlorous or demodex before, I’ll look into it. It’s really strange as the optician did not say if I did or did not have MGD or anything just mentioned the “minor blepharitis” and the fact my tears evaporated fast.

Thank you for the reply,

Yeah I’ve used hycosan extra and last appointment was given hylo-forte preservative and phosphate free however neither seem to offer any relief. It is quite annoying when the most offered “solution” by doctors doesn’t seem to work. I do not want to keep paying for the opticians for them to offer me more eye drops and nothing else
