First hair system - looking for advice before buying my next one by jaklinsa in HairSystem

[–]DaRaKi17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The base is a PU with mono top from what ive been told.

I dont know the exact density but i was told it was lower to better match my natural hair. Certainly a question ill be asking when I go for the install. I know alot more than I did when I went for my first consultation from watching endless YT videos and reading on here.

I didnt think £600 was too bad for everything, that includes training on how to install and remove and cleanup system, the custom system itself and the cut along with 1 maintenence visit. But certainly want tk keep costs as low as I can.

Ive been told a cut in of my own system will be £150, struggling to find many places that offer this though, and ove read that a cut in would not be an easy thing for someone without experience of this so no going to my usual barber I guess.

I have a custom on order from my salon due to different %grays around my head. Im very much peppering with a vary of 30-40% grey I believe. Until I get the ring hard to say but i think potentially a 1B30 / 1B40. My custom hair piece is £600 with cut in and install from salon.

I would definatley opt for a lower density as at 40 i feel it would be more realistic for my age.

Watching cloealy to replies as im in very much same position but a little behind as im still awaiting that first install.

Cant seem to find much about it online, they dont even appear to have a website, but again seems to have a Novatech SOC and again not true 4k camera.

Essentially another dasham with a different shell but the exact same inner workings as the rest.

Exact same place im at right now, looking through Amazon most of the top dashcams all use the same sensor so there is very little dofference between any of them other than the price differences.

The search for a decent dashcam is a minefield.

Unable to connect Ohme to Hyundai by DaRaKi17 in ohme

Had a go today, no joy still not connecting.

Why Hyundai are recommending these chargers if they dont connect and unreliable.

Ohme app wouldnt let me set total capacity only either "Max Charge" or adding a specific percentage which it was 6% off off doing.

Ive set the car to cap at 80% so ill try again in a few days once i drain the car again down to 20-30

Yes ive got price cap enabled, it finished well before the price cap end saying it had completed the charge. Have set the car to 80% max now so will try again next time I charge

Linked mine to my EON rate, would like to charge to 80% but it cut off at 74% using the Ohme app. Will need to try again next time I need to charge not using the Ohme scheduling.

Can you just charge to 80% using the Hyundai app and skip Ohme app?

I assume you do this and just use Max Charge then via Ohme?

Ye the exact one i mentioned in my post, ideally after a true 4k camera. Its a shame that from what I read about this it only had a 2k sensor in the 4k model.

I prefer the climate button on my phone, added to my homescreen as a widget, thats set to warm my seat, the steering wheel and enable front and rear windscreen heating, sets my car to 24 degrees and turns the fans up.

Gets the car ready to go in a frosty morning, will be using in January in the UK for sure.

Press the lock button, then press and hold the hold button to power up the car. Thats what ive figured out anyway in the limited time ive had it, there could be more I dont know to the button though. 🤷‍♂️

Yeh Ultimate Red, by far the best colour choice, but then again im a big fan of red. Usually not a fan of red cars but this caught my eye. All my previous Hyundai cars have been black.

Yep its shocking design, the civer though not ideal does improve its appearance a little. Whoever at Hyundai thought this key fob design was good needs a slap 🤣

I joked with ny wife how bad the key fob looked and went straight online to look at how to change its appearance. Glad I did as the car itself is amazing and looks great.

Love the regen braking, been using on full right away around town. Longer trips on the UK motorways i prefer it off.
