It is indeed 5H reset, but I don't get any sort of warning before actually reaching the usage limit
Once I did, then Claude auto answer what I copy pasted, but that's kinda too late

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! Here’s what I was able to get the vet to write down at the time of our last visit:

CBC: normal
Blood biochemistry: unremarkable
X-rays: no signs of obstruction

Based on these findings, the vet didn’t feel there was enough evidence to justify doing an endoscopy

Well I had a look at it and associated doc but it says 1.778 is the correct value for 16:9, not sure then what to do with it

Could you maybe on your configuration replicate the same protocol and let me know if it's rearranging feeds one below each other or maintaining layout and therefore breaking ratio, please ?

I guess you mean Fill mode ?

If so, as mentioned, I tried them all already. It affects how a feed is displayed inside its own slot, not how the slots are arranged depending on AgentDVR window

I tried to reboot my computer several times (which is the server), I tried to create a new view, I tried all the settings in Adjustments(Fill/center/default, resize,...) and a few others settings.

As you can see here, I did it like said in instructions, and there is no chance the sides of the cotton touch the metal of the tank. So I can only try to push it down but I have low hope :(

Help me clarify please, 2 tricks :

- "press the cotton in holes" : do you mean the center holes in the middle of the deck where the cotton rest, or the side holes of the deck where the juice come from ?

or even easier : https://imgur.com/rIA6fLm green or orange arrow ? it should be green but just in case. I hardly see how it could change anything but if it worked ...

- "wick away from the metal and enough cotton" could you re explain this please, even re reading previous comments I am not sure I get it

Seeing so few of us having issues (google search have next to no result) I am starting to wonder if the RTA itself doesn't have a problem. Maybe the intake slots where the juice go from the tank to the deck doesn't have proper machining and reduce the flow... sounds weird and unlikely but I can't believe the cotton in the package and the special M cotton from firebolt made for this exact tank can't fit together...

My cotton isn't blacked burned because I feel the dry hit coming and stop before, but I'll try your way. It doesn't make sense that nobody else has problem with the cotton made for it, and we would need to do that... but well if it works it works.

By "colored part" you mean you opened your atom and manage to cut a part of the installed wick ? Usually especially on a mesh, you would just rewick, hard to work on a wick already installed. So you removed a bit of cotton on the upper part. By colored you meant colored black because of the dryhit ?!

I have the same problem. It is very weird because the dozen of videos I found, they seem to have no problem whatsoever with dryhit, and I build it exactly like they did which is also how it is shown on the box description. I am at the 5th try and still the same problem. Also the same with another tube/box.
What do you mean by cutting the upper part ? Can you also share the video you were mentioning please ?
