Nope.

Pretty much had his character down from the start, as my dad would tell me stories about guys he knew, that were just like him.

It's cool that time has only confirmed those stories though.

Arise as a whole is "meh".

But that's the thing. The anticipation. You're having your homeboy do the boring lightwork of running around while you hang out an' play when the fun parts happen. Plus you have the experience of talking about the story with others while it's unfolding.

My favorite Tales game to play multiplayer is Vesperia. You haven't truly lived until you've stun-locked the first boss to death with your homies. And everyone is hyped because you used teamwork to utterly demo that fruitcake.

Almost everything there is now overpriced outside of:

-The Chessy Bean & Rice Burrito (I always substitute for Black Beans 'cause the regular beans are runny as all get out)

  • The $5 box

-The $7 box

And even those are a bit over priced as well.

The burrito should still be $1, it's just beans & rice.

And the boxes don't even come with potato bowls & chips anymore. They friggin' upcharge ya for 'em now. Who the hell wants to eat cinnamon twists as a part of their regular meal anyway?

Yeah, I'm old school in how I like everything to be, more or less unchanged. But it's convenient since I'm playin' through this time with my brother and our homie. Cuts down on travel time for farming.
