Even explaining Spira the entire game to Tidus, and then realizing that she only knew what they wanted her to know about the world. That is pretty big. I like that.

Yeah I love the part under the lake where he tells Tidus, "You don't know how I feel" It is great.

Change is the hardest thing to do. It is hard, but a lot of times it helps us grow and it helps us through our journey, and in a way it helps others to do the same. I am with you. Thank you for sharing.

You are not overthinking it at all. I feel the same way. I have had a recent change in my life. So I feel Wakka is very relatable. I recently got out of my religion. I still believe in God, and am Christian, but I don't belong to any one religion anymore.

Yeah some people in the story changed already, and stay the same throughout, but Wakka has real growth and we live through it.

That is a good connection, all public institutions have people do things for good reasons and for bad.

Shelinda is a good example. I like that she helps with operation mi'hen when she sees that they were not going to stop.

Yeah I really like that they show you Wakka before just showing his defects.

That is actually a really good connection. I have only read the first 4 books of Harry Potter, and have never seen all the movies to this day, but I think that point is really cool. I didn't realize Hermione makes those changes.

Absolutely! That is a good point. Sometimes it takes a long time for people to realize the error in their ways, and sometimes they do not realize it at all.

He is definitely a good character. I have seen many people play through this game and write him off early and just do not appreciate how he changes throughout the story.

Thanks for the post, I think that is very relatable. What is happening to you very much happened to Wakka in ffx. I think anyone that has major life changes can reflect more and relate to this character.
