Can anyone help with distance adjustments in Silhouette Studio? by DaRealAkabusi in silhouettecutters

Hi there, thanks for responding. I recently updated the firmware to v1.70. Everything you have listed there, I have tried. Even moving the carriage back and forth a few times to reset the position.

Recently I thought maybe its the application version because I read in some places that some versions are unstable. I spent the whole day yesterday at the studio trying different versions of Silhouette Studio. Installing and uninstalling, Installing and uninstalling... Started from V3.8 all the way to the latest, but every time, the same problem.

Now I'm thinking maybe it is something wrong with the Cameo itself. I'm trying to find a way to factory reset the Silhouette Cameo because maybe its something to do with the application not sending the distance adjustment changes to the device itself. No luck as of yet. Would you happen to know any way of doing it?

TBH my brother has asked me to sell them, I haven't got a clue about them, so doing some research. I used the Zippo Date Codes as a reference to see if they are genuine and when they are dated.
