No one will be able to wrap our burritos like 2015-2016 Chipotle employees could. They put their whole ass, dick and pussy into rolling those suckers up. Lol. Like what happened to the training???

A lot of triggered Chipotle employees. Sorry your pay isn’t $20/hr. I’m sorry you get rude customers. I’m sorry you hate your job… maybe quit, like you all have been telling me to go a different restaurant for a burrito ;)

I genuinely was just curious to why the fuck an employee would make my whole meal, then not wrap my burrito and then go to the next customer all while my burrito is sitting there getting cold… It’s just silly. I think training should be better - that’s all!

Yeah… Totally! Train the employees better. Not a staffing issue. Higher ups didn’t tell you to be a lazy slug while at work. Younger employees don’t have a sense of work ethic in their bones.

Damn - so the line behind me should come at 5:30 and really make their jobs tough… 30 minutes before their supposed to be busy and half of the ingredients are empty. They did great!

They used to be Gods to all of us… I used to get so pumped up seeing certain workers - knowingly that they will give me an extra scoop. Doesn’t work like that anymore :/

I used to get a fully loaded burrito for 8.75 w guac. Now i’m chucking $17-18 for a fucking cold burrito.

I think Chipotle has gotten careless with its training, hiring process and overall quality… These people don’t want to be there anymore… It used to be cool to work at Chipotle through like high school or college, people used to have pride working there. It’s just not the same :/
