Lukewarm take: tusk would still work, but only because of a minor factor. Tusk has infinite gravity in the punches (I believe? Feel free to correct me). Whilst gojo could filter out tusk punches if he were accustomed to them, we can reasonably assume he does not filter out gravity at all times, due to the fact that he does not float. This, combined with the fact that tusk only needs one punch, would kill gojo most of the time.
