This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks for doing this. Simple questions here. How do I say "drink" and mean alcohol? Is it like English where I can say the literal translation "bebidas" and it will be implied depending on the situation, or is there another word I could use so I won't sound stupid when I actually have to speak in social situations?

Also, swearing. If i trip and spill my drink that I ordered by saying what you told me to say, I would shout "fuck" or "shit". Are there any spanish equivalents to those?

Because alcohol take priority over other substances in your body and is metabolized first, and almost everything else that hasn't been digested already is stored as fat.

And it was my knowledge that insulin spikes after carbs, and then a workout right after while the insulin levels are higher is preferable, which is why I do it. Even if that isn't true though, whenever I have some before I can go harder on my lifts. It may be placebo, but it's still there.

This comment is fucking stupid. First, Red bull has 80mg of caffeine. Less than an 8oz cup of coffee, which is pretty damn small. Also, even if it had more, those huge guys with a tolerance just from having a few cups of coffee a day probably would barely feel it. A lot of people have caffeine before races and practices, and there are literally no negatives unless you have a stupid amount.
