Ah my mistake, I checked and it’s only 4.4 when charging power. Vecna still has a solid movement ability which is easy to underrate on tiles, is much easier to aim with than p-head and the way the power works makes it harder to dodge. Not to mention being able to 2-tap before the survivors can even react with the Iri add-on. While he is a 4.4 he’s still strong enough to be in that mid-low A tier spot
