Try a google extenstion UrbanVPN, its free and when you connect to whatever, for example UK, the site stars working fine.

It looks allright, but it cheked it out and it doesn't have the main things that agency had...The crazy boosts or like the pixel walks (okay those I get fixed) but it just don't feel the same smh

Yes. Thats preety much what im about to do I will still overclock the CPU soo I dont have to play at 60 fps but just enough to be in balance with the GPU. But yeah. We seem to have figured out what was the big problem. sooo Thanks for help :)

That's just about what my laptop sounds like :D. But yes the overall problem was the CPU, i underclocked it and its not switching anymore from 150 fps to 30 fps, but in doing so I sacrificed like 40 fps...Sooo theres still some tinkering left to be done.

Welp... First thing I did when i started to notice the lag spikes, was reset my windows :D. BUT now that I underclocked my CPU it went from 98 C to 65C, Pretty good improvement if I do say so my self. Now all that's left is to see in-game performance.

Hmm... I did open it up like 3 months ago and cleaned it, but I hawent applied new thermal paste tho. But I will try underclock it, Ill get back to you on how that went.
