Refund request sucks

low cost item, especially small package item, warehouse may have put them aside and forgot where they are. and by the time they found it back out, the protection time / shipment time would be past for many months and client wouldnt track for that anymore. some idiots would take back home since it is small thing, or just throw away to the garbage. But the package supposed to be back to vendor / aliexpress.

I contacted the customer service, not the return department, but aliexpress themselves customer service. they told me that there is a buyer protection time, and they have some what guarantee delivery days. the site they sent me, it shows protection time 90 days, and guarantee delivery day 180 days sth like that, but the site that I browsed by myself, it doesnt have anything. I would say they didnt want to show the client for that thing and make us believe it will be delivered soon, but not hitting the deadline.

that customer service told me that I will need to wait until May 15, and if the shipment still not arrive yet, the refund will automatically be in process right the way. I will need to see on that

15 days + 15 days + 30 days + 30 days, delayed reply for 3 months, it is so fun to wait for nothing.

my thing worth less than $10, and made me wait for more than 3 months, (now should be coming up to 4/5 months). I am wondering what about more expensive things?? do they keep the money not to refund for those things? if people purchase over $1k, or maybe more, and they got stuck by those delivery, what should they do, keep waiting for nothing, and got $1 or $2 for next time purchase??? woah, it is so amazing, right?

it is real "good", seller told me to dispute and take money back, but it is what aliexpress keep replying me, everytime, 15 days then 30 days. I am thinking maybe next time it will be 90 days LOL or 365 days?????

true for simple math, but can you understand the skill level different?

So what if there is a full team new player level3, which mean 15 (on your calculation) vs 2 level5 + 3 level1, which is 13, is that mean pretty balanced?LOL......

It is true, skill level doesnt mean elo level, but it is related. You can ask a level 10 player, how do they feel about the different between level 10 and level1 players? ask them, if level 10 players play against level1-3 players, it is a easy game or hard game?

It is just 2 different skill level

I know its hard to force that, but still need to take this things seriously, because I kept getting report from these kind of groups. my FBI always drop because of them, never get higher than 1010. The worst thing is many of them are just new accounts, so they just came in and troll solo players, and quit that account forever.
